The golf team opened their season yesterday, August 23rd, with a victory over Edgewood and Joppatowne High Schools. The three team match was held at the Exton Golf Course on the Edgewood Arsenal and the Bobcats dominated their Harford County opponents, winning by nearly 50 strokes.

A few highlights included Captain Nick Loiodice shooting a team best 39 and freshman Tyler Newton celebrating his high school debut by shooting a nine hole mark of 40. Co-captain Matt Hottman shot a 41, and Sam Foss came in with a 42 to round out the scoring for the Bobcats.
The golf team’s next match is tomorrow, August 25th at 3pm at their home course, Winter’s Run in Bel Air.
